Discover 273 acres of private wilderness in Michigans western Upper Peninsula! Some of these trees were harvested and used in the construction of the cabin and out buildings. Kitchen cabinets are made from stunning Curly Yellow Birch that was harvested on the property. The open-concept cabin includes 1 bedroom, a large loft which accommodates 5 beds, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen. The cabin is heated with a wood-burning stove and is powered with solar/generator power (electrical power is available at the Forest Service Road). Propane gas is used to service the range, refrigerator, and water heater. Supporting the cabin are two outbuildings: The first is a large fully enclosed pole barn, with a nice-sized workshop, ideal for keeping tools, ATVs, or boats safe from the elements. The second structure offers a mix of a closed garage space with additional open storage.
