The 13-mile stretch from Lower Dam Falls down to Sparrow Rapids is especially famous among fly anglers. The road system throughout the property provides access to the rivers as well as established hunting areas with respectable bucks taken over 30 years. Thousands of acres of Ottawa National Forest adjoin the property on the North and East with the ATV and snowmobile trail running along the southern boundary.
